The 9th Circuit is NOT waiting for another case to be decided. In true partisan fashion they are waiting for the results of the 2024 election. This in the hope that Trump will lose and the SCOTUS will be stacked by his opponent. That is why The Supreme Court should take this interlocutory case and make a final judgement. It's obvious that the 9th Circuit is being deliberately obtrusive after the case was remanded with the proper mythology clearly outlined in Bruen.
